The data that North Sea Port processes is obtained from the data subject or the shipping agent (in the case of maritime shipping). 

How long will we retain such data? 

The personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above.

In the context of this processing, North Sea Port transfers the personal data to third parties within the EU. These third parties are:
