Tariff calculator

We like to keep things simple, fair, and easy to understand. One port means one rate — with one clear invoice, transparent terms, and discounts that apply across the whole port area. No surprises, just clarity from start to finish.
Feel like taking the helm yourself? Try our tariff calculator. A few simple clicks and you’ll know your port dues. Just keep in mind: land allocation and cable or pipeline tariffs sail outside this calculation.

Inland shipping subscriptions

Sail the easy way. With a subscription, you benefit from fixed tariffs and less administration. Choose what suits your sailing schedule best — quarterly or yearly.

Request a port number

From 1 January 2024, every port business needs one: a port number. It’s free to apply, and it’ll make your life easier: better navigation, more visibility, and less admin hassle.

Easy navigation

Your port number helps drivers reach you faster. With clear signs from the motorway, they’ll find your company without a hitch.

Online visibility

Your business info and port number appear in our online directory, on the interactive port map, and on the printed map. Your business? Easy to spot.

Administrative efficiency

The port number serves as a fixed reference in our systems. Future tools, such as a port-wide GPS system, will also make use of it.

Who qualifies?

To qualify, your company must be based within North Sea Port’s boundaries, carry out port-related activities, and have a fixed site in the port area.
