How long do we retain this data?
North Sea Port retains the data from your CV and cover letter for a maximum of four weeks after the vacancy has been filled or the recruitment and selection process has been completed. If North Sea Port considers your profile useful for potential future positions, it will retain your data for one year, with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
If your application is successful and you become our colleague, the privacy regulations applicable to employees apply.
With whom do we share this data?
Your data will only be shared with third parties if necessary to assess whether you can be offered a position at North Sea Port. This will always be done with your knowledge and with third parties who can conduct assessments for North Sea Port.
This also occurs if references provided in your CV and cover letter are contacted by North Sea Port.
Transfer of personal data
