Dutch terms and conditions of employment

Our terms vary by country, you can blame local laws for that. Comparing them one-to-one is tricky. But here’s the thing: whichever side you’ll land, you receive a great deal with incredible benefits.

  • Our pay scales match the market, and are often better. So rest assured, you’re covered here. Check the tables and chart your course for growth.

  • You’ll get 180 hours of holiday leave plus 204 hours extra worktime off (ATV). Add holiday pay and a 13th month, and you’ve got the time and money to really enjoy life outside work.

  • Whether you work from home or at the office, we cover it. With a home-working allowance and travel reimbursement, your efforts are always fairly rewarded.

  • To support sustainable living and working, you receive €1,500 net every three years. Spend it on sport, insulation or solar panels. Good for you, great for the future.

  • We make sure you’re looked after later on, with an ABP pension and the option of collective health and other additional insurance.

  • Work evenings or weekends? You’ll get a nice bonus. Your flexibility counts, and we value it.

Belgian terms and conditions of employment

Our employment terms differ per country. Laws aren’t the same everywhere, so you can’t always compare directly. The good news? You’ll always get fair and very attractive conditions.

  • A strong wage to start, plus extra perks stacked on top. Your gross pay? Looks good on paper and even better in practice.

  • In addition to 20 statutory days, you get 18 company holidays and 5 extra public holidays. Plus a 13th month and meal, eco, sports, culture and gift vouchers.

  • We help you move. Everyone gets a bike lease budget. In scale 6 or above? Then you can add a company car to your package. You choose how you travel.

  • Travelling by bike or public transport? We chip in with an allowance. Greener commuting, happier wallet.

  • For your desk and internet at home, you get a monthly allowance. So you can stay comfy and productive wherever you work.

  • We contribute at least 5.25% towards your pension. In addition, you receive free hospitalisation insurance and income protection in case of long-term illness.
