  • Contact details of waste products (name, (e-mail) address, telephone number;
  • Ship details (name of barge, number) 

How do we obtain this data? 

The data that North Sea Port processes, it obtains directly from the person concerned. 

How long do we store this data? 

We do not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes described above. 

Who do we share this data with? 

Your personal data are not shared with third parties. 

Transfer of personal data 

No personal data are provided to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). 

How are personal data secured? 

At North Sea Port, personal data is protected in accordance with all applicable legal provisions. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access and other unwanted actions with personal data.
