Personal data is processed of persons who register themselves or others for the boating trips in the port area.

North Sea Port processes personal data solely for internal purposes, namely to offer the boat tours. 

What personal data is processed? 

North Sea Port does not collect personal data unless you provide it voluntarily. To process your registration, we request the following personal data: 

  • Contact person's name;
  • Address;
  • City/Town;
  • Phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Name(s) of travel companion(s);
  • A comment field of your choice, where you can indicate, for example, that you are a wheelchair user. 

How do we obtain this data? 

We only obtain the personal data you provide to us upon registration. 

How long do we retain this data? 

The personal data is not used longer than necessary. Personal data related to our services is retained for a maximum of 6 months. 

With whom do we share this data? 

The personal data you provide is generally not shared with other organizations. In the exceptional case that North Sea Port shares personal data with other organizations, this will be explicitly stated or your explicit permission will be requested. 

Form submission is handled through Drupal. The data provided is sent via Drupal to the relevant mailboxes within North Sea Port. 

At North Sea Port, personal data is protected in accordance with all applicable legal provisions. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and other undesirable actions involving personal data. 

North Sea Port may, at its discretion, engage service providers to provide technical support to the website, for example, to manage web servers or back up information.

No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
